Best scrambled eggs

I am an avid fan of scrambled eggs. I have tried to cook them in a pan on low heat, high heat, using cream, milk, water and any other combination. I have found the perfect method to make scrambled eggs, it is the simplified version of Heston Blumenthal's method

I mixed 3 eggs with a splash of milk in a heat safe bowl that is bigger than the opening of your small pot. Simmer water in a small pot and put the bowl over it, bain marie style, make sure the water des not directly touch the bowl. Keep the heat low and keep stirring, eventually you will have the creamiest yummiest scrambled eggs. Season as desired.
