Salted Egg Pasta

This recipe I found on a black milk community group and its super easy and delicious.

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 1 salted egg
  • 1/6 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup milk (full cream so its not too runny)
  • 1 serve pasta, I used fresh pasta approx 100g
Steps in creating its wonder.
  1. Boil water, add salt and cook pasta
  2. Peel and cut salted egg into small pieces
  3. Melt butter in saucepan then add milk
  4. Add salted egg and stir
  5. When sauce starts to boil,  turn off the fire and toss in the pasta
  6. Tada! You are done!
I just made it for myself for lunch so it is just the one serving. However, if you were to make it for more, just multiply as required.
