Pesto

So I made some pesto, it is super easy and when you cant think of anything to eat I just eat it with crackers or mix into noodles. It tastes good and feeds me.

What I do is put into my food processor, 

2 cloves of garlic
a handful of pine nuts and a sprinkle of pepita seeds
pick the leaves off parsley, basil and celery (about 2 cups?)
a piece of hard cheese (grated)
and LOTS of oil (I used rice bran oil.

First just put in a good glug to help it blend then keep adding till the desired consistency (I used about 1 cup)

Then make sure to put into an air tight jar or add a layer of oil on top. Otherwise, your pesto will turn brown.
