Ingredients for one serving:
- 1 salted egg
- 1/6 cup butter
- 1/3 cup milk (full cream so its not too runny)
- 1 serve pasta, I used fresh pasta approx 100g
Steps in creating its wonder.
- Boil water, add salt and cook pasta
- Peel and cut salted egg into small pieces
- Melt butter in saucepan then add milk
- Add salted egg and stir
- When sauce starts to boil, turn off the fire and toss in the pasta
- Tada! You are done!
I just made it for myself for lunch so it is just the one serving. However, if you were to make it for more, just multiply as required.
